Questions
Before you order
Still unsure? Send us a message on WhatsApp.
Chat on WhatsApp+44 7543 282636How do I take Maccun Plus?
Stir the paste well before use. One teaspoon a day is the usual amount, taken before a meal rather than on a full stomach. If you get a headache, take less. Full directions are on each product page.
Is the parcel discreet?
Yes. Every order is sent in plain, waterproof packaging with nothing on the outside about what is inside.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day (Monday to Friday) leave the same day. UK orders go by Royal Mail Tracked 48, free of charge.
Do you deliver to Cyprus and outside the UK?
Yes, and every order is tracked. Delivery to Cyprus is a flat £6.50. For other countries the fee depends on the destination and is shown at checkout and on our delivery page. Customs charges in the destination country are paid by the buyer.
What is the difference between the jar and the sachets?
It is the same Maccun Plus paste. The jar holds 240g; the sachet box holds 12 single servings, which are handy for travel.
